iSup service was excellent. I ordered my sup/kayak on Friday afternoon and it was delivered Monday morning. The sup is fantastic. I've been on the water every other day.
Update on review from a month ago - 28/07/2021 - Ordered the Moai Electric pump which was ordered on Saturday and delivered Wednesday, continued great customer service and products! 30/05/2021 - Highly recommend @iSUP and Stephen for the excellent service and high quality products I received. I’d consider myself an enthusiastic beginner ... I read loads of SUP material and watched loads of videos and still Stephen was able to offer great advice on the most suitable board for me. I had looked into getting an electric pump, and Stephen was happy to find out about compatibility (the Moai board valve is compatible with most electric pumps). I had sent my email and within a couple of hours Stephen had phoned me back to answer my query. After I ordered the board, I got email updates on ‘my order being received’ and then again ‘when it was shipped’ (package arrived within 48 hours). When the board arrived I couldn’t get it out on the water immediately, but couldn’t resist pumping it up anyway and testing carrying it, etc. Thanks Stephen for your great service and also your further recommendations.
Kids have been saving for over a year for this board. Arrived almost within 24hours of ordering and everything is just as listed. Great service and price from iSUP. Now to get it out onto the water!
